PCQI – FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food

This course is the first part of the FDA-recognized training for the Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCHF) rule, developed by the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA). Completion of both Part 1 and Part 2 meets the requirements to become a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) under the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
Part 1, is the online portion of the FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food V2.0 blended course is a prerequisite for enrollment into Part 2, the Instructor-Led of the FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food. Part 1 is provided by the FSPCA and emphasizes key-point concepts from the Human Food V2.0 Participant Manual. Part 1 covers all of the information presented in the first two days of the traditional three-day FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food V2.0 course. This course is ideal for food safety professionals, quality assurance personnel, production supervisors, and anyone responsible for food safety within a facility.
